I want to comment about no 3 titled bamboo shoot. Bamboo shoot is supposed to mean fresh unprocessed young shoots of Bamboo plant, but your description seems to match it with the Fermented Bamboo shoots that we eat a lot here in Manipur. Bamboo shoot in its fresh form is eaten widely in Asian countries but the fermented form is unique to us Manipuris.
